Causes

Diagnosis

Ophthalmic examination under magnification to locate the abnormal eyelashes.

Treatment

If they cause no discomfort, monitoring only. If they damage the eye: epilation, electroepilation or cryotherapy to remove the eyelashes at the root.

Prevention

Selection in breeding to reduce the predisposition.
