Canine enteric coronavirus, spread through faeces. Puppies and dogs kept in groups are more susceptible. It is usually far milder than parvovirus.
The vet rules out parvovirus (far more serious) with a test.
Supportive care: hydration and a bland diet. Most recover within a few days.
Hygiene, vaccination (included in some schedules), and avoiding overcrowding.
