Causes

Specific antiparasitic drugs (toltrazuril, sulphonamides) as prescribed by the vet. Intensive hutch hygiene. In rabbits, any diarrhoea is an emergency.

Prevention

Keep the hutch clean and dry, remove faeces daily, avoid overcrowding, and reduce stress at weaning.
